We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer C/C# to actively contribute to the development of our remote access solution and backend services using modern C and C#/.NET technologies. The position will report to the Team Lead Software Development and provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile modern environment.

• Design and develop new functionality for our software solutions using C (primary focus) and C#.

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful web APIs using C# (.NET).

• Continuously participate in application design to further enhance our systems and code base regarding reliability maintainability scalability and efficiency.

• Work independently on solutions for specified requirements and take responsibility for meeting time and quality specifications.

• Continuously integrate build and deploy our solutions from test systems to production.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality and development practices.

• Support the maintenance and modernization of existing software components while developing new features.

• Act as an advisor towards product owners regarding feasibility studies and estimates for new functionality.

• University or college degree in the field of computer science software engineering or any other related subject or relevant work experience.

• 6 years of professional experience in software development with modern C.

• Good knowledge of C# backend development and framework particularly in developing and maintaining RESTful web APIs and backend services.

• Good understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-oriented programming.

• Experience in developing debugging and maintaining complex software applications.

• Good understanding of software architecture scalability performance and maintainability.

• Experience with unit testing and continuous integration practices.

• Basic knowledge of TypeScript particularly React is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Git Jenkins and automated build and deployment pipelines is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools for coding (e.g. Copilot Claude Cursor) is a plus.

• A positive and solution-oriented mindset paired with a structured and analytical way of thinking and working being a team player and being motivated to learn new things.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
