Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise applications. The role focuses on backend engineering excellence with an emphasis on performance reliability and the use of AI-driven tools to enhance development efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development Design and implement backend services APIs and data access layersDevelop scalable maintainable and high-performance systemsCollaborate with Solution Architects to implement system designs.
• Engineering PracticesFollow coding standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Agile & CollaborationParticipate in sprint planning refinement and retrospectivesWork closely with cross-functional teams (product frontend platform).
• AI-Driven Development & AutomationLeverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve code qualityContribute to automated workflows across build test and deployment.
• Quality Performance & ReliabilityIdentify and resolve bugs performance issues and technical debtEnsure backend services meet scalability and reliability requirements.

Skills & Experience

• 6 - 7 years of Experience.
• Strong backend development experience (C# .NET Entity Framework APIs).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures.
• Experience with databases and cloud platforms (Azure SQL Databricks)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using AI tools for development and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Cloud certifications (e.g. Azure) are a plus.
• Certifications in software development or Agile practices are an advantage.
