Your Responsibilities

• Design build and operate scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead the implementation of complex features and technical initiatives from concept to production.
• Architect reliable maintainable and high-performing solutions for a growing SaaS platform.
• Apply AI technologies to improve product development engineering workflows and delivery speed.
• Build and maintain internal AI-powered tools skills agents and automations that increase engineering productivity.
• Evaluate and integrate modern AI capabilities into products and development processes.
• Drive software quality operational excellence and great developer experience.
• Perform code and solution reviews while promoting engineering best practices.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What Youll Bring

Required

• Strong experience building backend applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing building and operating scalable software systems in cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture distributed systems and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP as well as CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into products engineering workflows or software development processes.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph or similar technologies.
• Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering tools such as Claude Code Codex Cursor NotebookLM or similar solutions.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new ways to build software using AI.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent architectures orchestration frameworks or AI-powered SaaS products.
• Experience building internal AI platforms agents or developer productivity tooling.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and modern LLM application patterns.
• Python experience for automation and AI-related development.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
