Senior Software Development Engineer
Job requirements
- Design develop and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Agentforce and Data Cloud to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain Apex classes Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows SOQL/SOSL queries and custom Salesforce components for enhanced functionality.
- Implement and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events and Named Credentials to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Configure and enhance Agentforce features including Agent Builder Prompt Templates Actions and AI-driven use cases for improved agent productivity.
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion identity resolution segmentation calculated insights and activation to drive actionable analytics.
- Conduct code reviews unit testing and participate in deployments and production support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with business analysts architects and other technical teams.
- Apply Salesforce best practices for security performance scalability and code quality throughout the development lifecycle.
