About the Job

The SA&I team manages survey platforms and panel management software supporting key business processes and ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis. Our current technology stack consists primarily / C# / SQL Server. We are in the process of modernizing our infrastructure transitioning Core and more contemporary development practices.

The ideal candidate is a skilled software engineer with experience technologies an interest in modernizing legacy systems and a collaborative mindset. You will be part of a flexible and collaborative environment where you can develop and refine your skills while working on impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and enhance applications / C# and SQL Server.
• Contribute to the migration of legacy WebForms applications Core.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
• Optimize database queries and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure system stability security and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in both existing and new applications.

Qualifications :

• 6 - 9 years of experience in software development / C# and SQL Server.
• Experience with WebForms and MVC is a plus.
• Familiarity Core and modern web development practices.
• Understanding of relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
• Knowledge of software development best practices including version control (Git) unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
• A good understanding http request pipelines clean architecture Dependency-Injection concepts and unit testing.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
