Mandatory Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITOM
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and CMDB.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications workflows business rules UI policies and integrations.
- Implement and maintain CMDB governance and data quality standards.
- Develop and optimize Discovery patterns probes and sensors.
- Configure Event Management and integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
- Collaborate with infrastructure operations and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform issues.
- Participate in platform upgrades enhancements and performance optimization initiatives.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB
- Cloud Discovery (preferred)
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Knowledge of AIOps and Observability solutions.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
