Senior ServiceNow Developer (TNI TSM SOMT)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Telecom Service Management (TSM) Service Order Management for Telecom (SOMT) and Telecom Network Inventory (TNI). The role involves designing developing and implementing telecom solutions on the ServiceNow platform working closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions aligned with telecom business processes.

Develop solutions across TSM SOMT and TNI modules
Configure Business Rules Script Includes UI Policies Client Scripts
Implement telecom workflows like order capture decomposition orchestration
Model telecom entities: services circuits devices topology
Build integrations with OSS/BSS NMS/EMS systems using REST/SOAP
Maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders

Strong ServiceNow development experience
Expertise in TSM SOMT or TNI modules
JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer
Integration experience (REST SOAP MID Server)
CMDB CSDM knowledge
Understanding of telecom domain and OSS/BSS

ServiceNow CSA (Required)
CIS (Required; minimum 1)
CAD (Preferred)
Telecom certifications (Good to have)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work in agile teams
Detail-oriented mindset
