We are seeking highly experienced and technically strong Senior ServiceNow Application Engineers / SMEs to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations development and platform transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on expertise. across multiple ServiceNow modules and proven experience in architecture builds implementation configuration customization integrations support testing and platform optimization.
This role requires professionals who can work across the full ServiceNow lifecycle while driving best practices automation governance and AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform implementations enhancements and modernization initiatives
Design develop configure customize and deploy ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
Work closely with business stakeholders architects developers and support teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Build workflows automation integrations catalogs dashboards and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
Perform platform configuration scripting development testing deployment and production support
Drive ServiceNow best practices governance standards and platform optimization strategies
Develop and maintain integrations using REST SOAP IntegrationHub MID Server APIs and third-party enterprise systems
Support release management upgrade activities patching and platform performance optimization
Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews
Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide advanced technical support
Mentor junior developers and provide SME guidance across ServiceNow capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams working in EST time zones
