Title- Senior Salesforce Developer
Location- Banglore/Hybrid
- Experience: 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce configuration and administration
- Apex LWC Visualforce SOQL and Salesforce APIs
- Experience designing building testing and deploying complex Salesforce solutions
- Strong Salesforce integration experience
- Agile experience with Scrum/Kanban
- Salesforce release management; CI/CD is desirable
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with platform maintenance monitoring and DataLoader
- Strong understanding of standard Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Advanced English communication skills
- Hands-on Salesforce development configuration testing and deployment
- Translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
- Explore new Salesforce capabilities and develop POCs/prototypes where required.
- Optimize technical processes development standards and documentation.
- Provide platform support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and dependencies and support timely resolution.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II Administrator or Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Security knowledge
- Marketing Cloud
- CRM Analytics Agentforce Data 360 and Customer Feedback Management
- Knowledge of additional Salesforce modules or AppExchange applications.
