Role Responsibilities
Handle generated leads & customer follow-ups
Understand customer requirements
Arrange and accompany customers for site visits
Present projects pricing & investment opportunities
Negotiate with customers and drive closures
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead site visit negotiation closure

Monthly Quarterly Incentives
Incentives linked to deals & revenue performance
Target opportunity of 3 deals / month & quarterly performance
Strong earning potential for performers
