Senior Sales Coordinator- Account Management
Key responsibilities
- Supports BD Manager and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing customer quotes sales information management product training and financing.
- Responsibilities are within the Sales Support and Administration Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines
- Continue to build knowledge of the organization processes and customers
- Performs a range of straightforward assignments
- Drive customer support programs to increase volume SIG sleeve share margin and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales plans with crossfunctional teams.
- Regularly visit customers to identify needs resolve issues and build loyalty.
- Maintain accurately 4month rolling sleeve forecasts and optimize stock.
- Own and resolve customer claims with quality/technical support.
- Safeguard financials by ensuring timely payments and managing credit risks.
- Prepare reports update and maintain customer profiles.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
You bring these skills experience & education
- 10 years in F&B packaging industry.
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong local market knowledge and information sources.
- Key account management skills
- Must have good communication Skills
- Data analysis & reporting for the accounts
- ERP -SAP and Salesforce
- Cross Functional coordination
