The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing quality mortgage business managing channel relationships and ensuring smooth execution of the mortgage sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.

• Source Home Loan and Mortgage (LAP) business through direct and indirect channels.

• Manage relationships with connectors DSAs builders and internal teams.

• Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.

• Ensure high-quality customer profiling and documentation.

• Coordinate with credit and operations to ensure timely login and sanction.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

• Track market trends and competition offerings.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage sourcing documentation and local market.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet business targets within timelines.

• Strong platform to grow within the mortgage vertical.

• Supportive ecosystem with credit ops and channel partners.

• Exposure to diverse sourcing channels and market expansion.
