Senior Recruiter

AMTSOL is expanding rapidly across Europe and the United States and were looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to help drive our growth. As a Senior Recruiter you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities across Europe and the USA partnering closely with business leaders and delivery teams to attract top talent for engineering automation digital manufacturing and life sciences projects.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Europe and the USA
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter networking referrals and direct outreach
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Drive offer negotiations and candidate engagement
Support hiring for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles
Maintain ATS records and recruitment reporting
Partner with stakeholders to deliver quality hires within aggressive timelines

6 years of recruitment experience with strong end-to-end hiring ownership
Experience recruiting across European and/or US markets
Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience in Engineering Life Sciences Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Automation or Technical Recruitment is highly preferred
