Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end QA function and testing strategy. • Define QA processes standards and best practices. • Prepare test plans test cases test scenarios and test data. • Lead manual and automation testing activities. • Review requirements and identify quality risks early in the lifecycle. • Manage defect tracking prioritization and resolution. • Establish and maintain test automation frameworks. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with Product Development and DevOps teams. • Provide quality metrics release readiness reports and test coverage reports. • Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous process improvements. • Ensure product quality reliability performance and usability.
