About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive the successful execution of large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project planning governance delivery management stakeholder engagement and risk management. This role requires a seasoned leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams ensure project delivery excellence and align outcomes with organizational objectives while maintaining scope schedule quality and budget commitments.

What Youll Do:

• Lead projects from initiation planning execution monitoring and closure through successful transition to business operations.
• Define project scope objectives deliverables milestones and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules resource plans and budgets.
• Drive Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
• Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards.
• Manage project risks assumptions issues dependencies and change requests through effective RAID management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams business stakeholders vendors partners and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate project reviews steering committee meetings governance forums and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project performance delivery metrics and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage project financials resource allocation utilization and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical risks and issues while driving resolution plans.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives.
• Support organizational transformation modernization and strategic business objectives.
• Ensure clear documentation reporting and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 14-18 years of overall professional experience with a strong background in Project Management and Technology Delivery.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Project Management experience managing medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Strong expertise in project planning execution governance monitoring and delivery management.
• Proven experience managing project scope timelines budgets quality risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing RAID logs project status reporting governance reviews and executive communication.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
• Experience coordinating with business leaders clients vendors and external partners.
• Strong understanding of project financial management budgeting forecasting and resource planning.
• Excellent problem-solving negotiation conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
