Job Summary

IN Pricing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM III) to work on the suite of products designed to enable seller to make informed decisions on Pricing at scale and with high agility. This role is pivotal in driving adoption of the said products with the end users (Category Managers Account Managers Sellers) with both playbook and non-playbook interventions. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions drive stakeholder alignment for increasing adoption and deliver measurable business impact.

Key job responsibilities
1. Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for complex product suites driving adoption across multiple stakeholder groups and achieving measurable business outcomes.
2. Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans including product positioning launch strategies and adoption frameworks for new and existing products
3. Create and implement user enablement programs including training materials playbooks and documentation to ensure successful product adoption
4. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive product adoption working closely with Category Management Account Management and Product Management teams
5. Define and track success metrics conducting deep-dive analyses to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain scalable mechanisms for tracking reporting and improving product adoption metrics
6. Identify and mitigate adoption barriers through data analysis stakeholder feedback and implementation of alternative solutions
7. Influence product roadmaps through voice-of-customer insights market analysis and adoption feedback loops flowing into product roadmap decisions.

- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience creating and managing complex cross-team project plans
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders

- MBA
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
