Senior Product Manager Working Capital (Enterprise Team)

What Youll Be Spending Your Time On

• Own the end-to-end Working Capital product strategy and roadmap globally - Capital Advance Line of Credit early pay and similar constructs.
• Drive the full credit product lifecycle: eligibility offer creation underwriting disbursement collections and repeat/renewal designing for speed scale and trust.
• Partner with Data Science and Risk to shape credit models and risk-based pricing.
• Lead geographic and currency expansion and deepen marketplace integrations.
• Define the north-star and success metrics and run experiments that move them.
• Collaborate across Data Design Engineering Risk Legal/Compliance and GTM to translate strategy into shipped business outcomes.

Have You Done This Kind of Stuff

• Strong 6 years of experience delivering fintech lending/credit or platform products at scale end-to-end from discovery to production.
• Proven ability to ship data-driven products in close partnership with Data Science and Risk (models underwriting pricing).
• Strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility offers decisioning and platform/API design.
• Fluency with metrics experimentation and funnel optimization to drive conversion and retention.
• Experience leading cross-functional squads in Agile product development environments.

Not a Must but a Great Advantage

• Experience in NBFC/SMB/embedded lending working capital SME credit or invoice/receivables financing.
• Exposure to global payments cross-border flows or marketplace ecosystems.
• Familiarity with credit risk underwriting collections and cross-market regulatory considerations.
• Prior experience scaling products from growth to maturity and standing up partner or marketplace platforms.
