Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design and execute strategic product and marketing initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Own and drive implementation of the product roadmap including new product development portfolio optimization and product enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product strategies across TOV and CBL SBUs.
- Support the Emerson planning process from an SBU perspective contributing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct competitor assessments margin analysis and gross profit evaluations to inform strategic decisions.
- Perform regional pricing analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams including the Global ISV organization to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Experience in product management strategic initiatives or a related function.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in market analysis pricing and financial evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across complex cross-functional environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing or technology-driven environments.
- Exposure to global business operations or collaboration with international teams.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and portfolio strategy.
