Summary:

The Senior Product Designer leads the design of complex and high-impact features across Tekions platform ensuring scalable intuitive and visually consistent user experiences. This role partners closely with Product Engineering and other cross-functional teams to define problems explore solutions and deliver elegant user-centered designs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong product vision systems thinking and mentorship capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the design of complex product areas from discovery to delivery including user research flows wireframes high-fidelity UI and prototypes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define user problems product strategy and success metrics
Facilitate and contribute to design critiques cross-functional workshops and ideation sessions
Drive improvements to design systems accessibility and UX quality across the product
Partner with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and iterate based on feedback
Mentor junior designers and help uphold design best practices and team standards

Qualifications:

57 years of experience in product design or UX with a strong portfolio of end-to-end product work
Expert proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor peers
Strong grasp of accessibility standards usability best practices and responsive design
Excellent storytelling communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelors degree in design HCI or a related field
