Thisrole sits within the broader People Experience ecosystem and provides critical operational and administrative support to leadership.The incumbent willplay a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness by managing priorities coordination and execution across stakeholders teams and initiatives.
You would be responsible for providing proactive highquality executive and administrative support. This role applies standard administrative and coordination practices with moderate supervision exercises sound judgment and manages daytoday responsibilities with growing independence.
You would partner closely with the supported leader and key stakeholders to manage schedules information flow communications and logistics ensuring priorities are executed smoothly and efficiently. The role requires discretion strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaininghigh standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
Managing complex calendars meetings and travel arrangements including coordination across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders managing communications and information flow with professionalism and discretion.
Managing administrative processesendtoend including documentation expense tracking approvals records management andfollowups.
Working closely with the India Operating Committee& India SLTto support governance forums leadership meetings engagement priorities andfollowupactions.
Coordinating and managinglogisticsfor leadership meetings reviews offsites town halls and events (virtual andinperson).
Providing project and program management support forIndiaspecific&PXinitiativesensuring structured planningtimelyexecution and followthrough on deliverables.
ProgrammanagingSPIRIT Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and employee engagement initiatives for India coordinating activities calendars communications andlogistics.
Tracking milestones dependencies and risks across engagement programs and leadership initiatives escalating issues and enablingtimelydecisionmaking.
Coordinating crossfunctionalstakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of people culture and engagement programs across the India organization.
Tracks action items deadlines and commitments across stakeholders ensuringtimelyfollowthroughand closure.
Proactively manages competing priorities and shifting demands escalatingissuesand risks appropriately.
Maintains systems trackers and dashboards to enable visibility organization and effective work management.
Identifiesopportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows and recommends practical enhancements.
Handles sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and care.
Builds effective working relationships across teams to support collaboration and smooth execution.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant and related work experience.
Bachelors degree or equivalent or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities stakeholders andlogisticssimultaneously with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to apply standard administrative practices independently with moderate supervision.
Travel occasionally up to 5-10% for key moments such as team summits training conferences etc. with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High levelof discretion judgment and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Proficiencywith standard business tools (calendar management documents presentations spreadsheets).
Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
