We are looking for an experienced and results driven Senior Operations Manager to lead our India operations from our Gurgaon office.

Position Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the day to day operations of NexGenTek India and ensure seamless coordination across Recruitment Human Resources Finance Administration Compliance Client Operations and Business Support.

This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can improve operational efficiency build scalable processes manage cross functional teams and support the companys continued growth in India and globally.

This is a hybrid role requiring regular presence in our Gurgaon office while allowing flexibility to work remotely based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

  • Lead the day to day operations of NexGenTek India.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and improve standard operating procedures.
  • Drive operational excellence across all business functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Recruitment HR Administration Finance Coordination and Operations teams.
  • Establish clear goals KPIs and accountability.
  • Foster a high performance and collaborative work culture.
  • Support hiring training coaching and performance management.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee recruitment delivery and client fulfillment.
  • Monitor recruiter productivity and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved.
  • Improve recruitment processes and reporting.

Human Resources

  • Oversee onboarding employee engagement performance management and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employee development.

Finance & Administration

  • Coordinate payroll invoicing vendor payments procurement travel and office administration.
  • Monitor budgets and operational expenses.
  • Support monthly financial reporting and audit preparation.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory regulations and corporate policies.
  • Coordinate PF ESI Professional Tax TDS GST and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain audit readiness and documentation.

Client Operations

  • Support client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalations.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Process Improvement

  • Identify automation opportunities using AI and business systems.
  • Implement operational best practices.
  • Standardize workflows across departments.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting

Prepare executive reports on:

  • Recruitment performance

  • Business risks
  • Client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management HR or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of operations leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years managing cross functional teams.
  • Experience in IT staffing IT consulting technology services or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
