Job Summary

Job Summary**

The Senior Officer Store Management will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the companys stores ensuring optimal inventory levels streamlined logistics and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of inventory and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise and coordinate daily store operations including receiving warehousing and dispatching of goods.
* Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
* Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
* Oversee the proper storage handling and preservation of materials and finished products.
* Manage and motivate a team of store personnel including training performance evaluation and disciplinary actions.
* Develop and implement efficient warehousing and logistics processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations company policies and quality standards within the store.
* Collaborate with production procurement and sales departments to forecast material needs and optimize inventory flow.
* Prepare regular reports on inventory status store performance and operational metrics.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for store management processes.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management warehouse operations or logistics preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
* Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g. SAP).
* Excellent organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
