Role Summary
We are seeking a /C# Developer with 10 years of software development experience to lead the design and delivery of secure scalable and high-performing enterprise applications and services. This hands-on technical leadership role will shape solution architecture establish engineering standards solve complex technical challenges and mentor developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect develop test and maintain scalable applications services RESTful APIs and integrations using C# and platform.
- Lead technical design code reviews performance optimization production readiness and modernization of applications.
- Define standards for code quality automated testing security observability documentation and CI/CD.
- Design and optimize data-access solutions using relational databases SQL and established object-relational mapping patterns.
- Diagnose complex production issues lead root-cause analysis and implement durable corrective actions.
- Partner with product architecture QA security DevOps and data teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical direction across complex initiatives.
- 10 years of professional software development experience with deep expertise in C# .
- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented design design patterns asynchronous programming dependency injection and application architecture.
- Extensive experience building web applications services and APIs using technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SQL relational data modeling data-access patterns automated testing application security and performance engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms Git-based workflows CI/CD containers observability and production support.
- Proven architecture ownership technical leadership mentoring and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with microservices event-driven architecture messaging caching and distributed systems.
- Experience modernizing large or applications.
- Relevant Microsoft cloud or security certification.
- Scalable architecture and consistent engineering standards.
- Improved reliability security performance and delivery predictability.
- Stronger team capability through technical leadership and mentorship.
