Ethera Diamonds is seeking an experienced and detail-orientated senior merchandiser to lead merchandise planning product development inventory optimization and vendor management for our diamond and fine jewelry collections. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the jewelry industry and a proven track record of managing product categories forecasting demand and driving business growth through strategic merchandising initiatives.

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage product categories including diamond rings earrings pendants bracelets and bridal collections.
• Analyze category performance and recommend assortment improvements.
• Plan seasonal and new product launches based on market demand and business objectives.

• Analyze sales inventory and customer demand trends.
• Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
• Generate and maintain reports on sales performance stock aging and product movement.
• Forecast demand and recommend replenishment plans.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new jewelry collections.
• Identify emerging market trends and customer preferences.
• Participate in product selection assortment planning and pricing strategies.
• Ensure product offerings align with brand positioning and customer expectations.

• Plan and manage procurement of diamond and jewelry products.
• Determine purchase quantities based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
• Monitor procurement costs and optimize margins.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers diamond suppliers and jewelry vendors.
• Negotiate pricing delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Track production schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and maintain service quality standards.

• Work closely with Design Production Sales Marketing and Operations teams.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Jewelry Design Merchandising Business or related field.
• Experience in Diamond Gold Luxury Jewellery or Fine Jewellery industry.
• Prior experience with brands such as CaratLane Tanishq Bluestone GIVA Candere ORRA TBZ Malabar Gold or similar organizations will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of the jewelry market and customer buying behavior.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product categories and projects simultaneously.
