Senior Manager-Supply ChainJob DescriptionBusiness: PPL Department: Supply Chain Management Location: Navi Mumbai Travel: Low Job Overview: We are looking for a Production Planner to join our team. The role will be responsible for developing and executing production schedules in alignment with global demand and available capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare annual monthly and daily production & sales plans based on forecasts and confirmed orders. - Monitor material requirements ensure timely availability and coordinate with Warehouse & QA teams. - Track production schedules identify delays and adjust plans to meet deadlines. - Drive OTIF dispatch performance through root cause analysis and improvement actions. - Optimize inventory levels using ABC-XYZ analysis and lean material flow tactics. - Coordinate with Sales Sourcing and Warehouse for smooth operations and disposal of non-moving stock. - Ensure data integrity for material master (MOQ Lot size safety stock procurement). - Lead monthly S&OP meetings and cross-functional discussions to resolve issues and improve efficiency Essential QualificationMBA in Supply Chain and operations Chemical EngineeringFull time
