Senior Business Development Manager Insurance

Are you a results-oriented Business Development professional with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager focusing on the Insurance category. If you possess excellent negotiation skills and a strong network among key decision-makers this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL solutions within the Insurance sector. Develop strategic plans and execute strategies to onboard partners and build long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to understand organizational structures expand into new markets and channels and achieve revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on trends competitors and market dynamics within the lifestyle and financial services sectors with a specific focus on how these intersect with the Insurance industry.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends the competitive landscape and identify potential opportunities within the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) space for insurance providers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development Sales Alliances Finance Marketing and Operations teams to align on product offerings and provide effective support to partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key business metrics sales performance market trends and competitor activities to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Commerce or a related field. An MBA is considered an added advantage.
  • 8-16 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management preferably within the Insurance Fintech or BFSI industry.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • We are seeking go-getters who have a demonstrated history of success as Business Development professionals in the Insurance Fintech or BFSI industry.
  • Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per business requirements.
