Senior Manager - Sales / Field Enablement India
What You Will Do
- Define and execute a forward-looking strategy for clinical skills and knowledge development in surgical robotics and medical technology.
- Champion clinical excellence by ensuring translation of complex technologies into high-impact procedural competencies.
- Lead governance and standardization of clinical education programs to deliver a consistent high-quality learning experience.
- Partner with commercial leadership to align training initiatives with strategic sales and marketing priorities.
- Design and implement structured outcome-driven learning frameworks incorporating thedevelopment model.
- Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment scalability and consistency across portfolios.
- Drive training readiness for new product and technology launches enabling field teams with strong technical and clinical confidence.
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing team leveraging strengths-based leadership and continuous capability assessments.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for sales education ensuring optimal investment cost efficiency and alignment with P&L goals.
What You Need
- 10 years of overall experience with at least 7 years in medical devices healthcare or commercial (sales/marketing) roles preferred.
- Prior experience in people management with a track record of leading coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or MBA (preferred)
- Strategic Proficiency: Proven experience creating high-level training pathways defining complex learning objectives and aligning curriculum to performance goals.
- Influence Without Authority: The ability to be persuasive in complex multi-functional environments and navigate the strategic requirements of a diverse ecosystem.
- Operational Excellence: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and working knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI.
