Are you a techno-legal expert with 10 years of experience navigating complex IT Services contracts We are looking for sharp legal leaders to join our Corporate Office in Chennai (Work From Office)!

Location: Chennai (Corporate Office - WFO)

Qualification: Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M)

Role 1: Senior Manager Legal & Contracts (SESA Market Focus)

• The Role: Lead end-to-end contracting risk profiling and negotiation for South & East Southeast Asia (Singapore Malaysia Indonesia Thailand etc.).
• Key Requirement: Strong familiarity with SEA cross-border legal models local risk assessments and willingness to travel at short notice. Will manage a small legal team.

Role 2: Senior Manager Legal & Contracts (CISS Services BU)

• The Role: Serve as the core legal partner for our CISS Services Business Unit managing end-to-end IT services contracts MSAs SOWs and SLAs.
• Key Requirement: Techno-legal mastery in IT/Cloud/SaaS contracts vendor management and internal/external stakeholder negotiations.

10 years of hands-on experience in drafting negotiating and risk profiling for IT/Tech contracts.

Deep understanding of liability indemnification warranties and risk mitigation.

Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools & AI-enabled contracting.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with business leaders and external counsel.
