Position: Senior Manager – Inventory & Warehouse

Location: Kochi Kerala

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Management or related field. MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per Industry Standard

Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Inventory & Warehouse to oversee inventory control warehouse operations stock audits and material management. The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing environments preferably in EMS Electronics or Automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and physical verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Oversee receiving storage and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Production Procurement Planning and Finance teams.
- Lead and develop warehouse and inventory teams.
- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory (EMS/Electronics/Automotive preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control stock audits warehouse operations and material management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or similar.
- Strong leadership analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing 5S and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Good communication and team management skills.
