Amazons India Stores Finance team is seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance and strategic growth in our Marketplace Finance division. This pivotal role combines leadership business partnership analytics and financial stewardship to support Amazons mission of being the worlds most customer-centric company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Partner with business leadership to provide strategic guidance and analytical support
Evaluate and prioritize new business ideas to drive innovation and growth
Lead the financial planning process and assume primary P&L responsibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams including Operations Transportation Supply Chain FP&A Accounting and Shared Services
Engage effectively with external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Financial Management and Reporting:

Ensure robust operational controls administrative procedures and reporting systems
Drive financial strength and operating efficiency while supporting rapid business growth
Team Leadership and Development:

Hire develop and retain top talent within the finance organization
Provide leadership management and vision to the team

- 12 years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience
- MBA or CPA
- 8 years of hiring leading and developing teams experience

- 10 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- 10 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
