We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager Finance to lead the finance function in a fast-growing startup environment. The role will focus on financial planning P&L management fundraising support business finance and building scalable financial processes.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with startups or high-growth companies and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
• Support fundraising investor reporting and due diligence processes.
• Monitor cash flow runway and financial performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership on strategic and commercial decisions.
• Oversee accounting audits taxation and compliance.
• Build and improve finance processes controls and reporting systems.
• Develop financial models and business insights for growth planning.

• CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 610 years of finance experience including experience in startups or high-growth companies.
• Strong experience in P&L management and financial planning.
• Prior exposure to fundraising investor management and financial modelling.
• Strong understanding of accounting compliance and taxation.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SaaS AI technology or product-based startups.
• Exposure to international operations and multi-entity structures.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting tools and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ownership-driven and proactive mindset.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution in a scaling startup environment.
