Senior Manager Data Strategy & Process Intelligence

We are seeking a Data Strategy & Process Intelligence Senior Manager to lead the global Finance Data Strategy and Process Intelligence capability. This role will drive the transformation of finance through data governance analytics process mining and AI-enabled ways of working. You will play a key leadership role in establishing trusted finance data foundations enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business value across the organization.

Finance Data Strategy & Analytics

• Define and execute the Finance Data Strategy Business Analytics and Process Intelligence roadmap.

• Prioritize high-impact initiatives aligned with finance and enterprise technology objectives.

• Present recommendations progress updates risks and value realization to senior leadership.

Data Governance & Quality Management

• Establish and maintain finance data governance frameworks including data ownership stewardship accountability and standards.

• Develop and govern critical data elements master data KPI definitions and reporting standards.

• Partner with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality security compliance and integration effectiveness.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Lead the development of management dashboards scorecards and analytical solutions.

• Translate business requirements into scalable KPI and reporting frameworks.

• Drive reporting automation and standardization to establish a consistent source of truth for decision-making.

Process Intelligence & Transformation

• Lead process mining and process intelligence initiatives across end-to-end finance processes.

• Identify opportunities for automation standardization redesign and performance improvement.

• Establish methodologies to measure and track business value realized from transformation initiatives.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Finance IT Shared Services Data Enablement Process Excellence and business teams.

• Build alignment across stakeholders and drive adoption of data governance and analytical capabilities.

• Lead coach and develop a team of Business Analytics and Process Intelligence professionals.

• Promote innovation continuous improvement and responsible adoption of AI and Generative AI solutions.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Data Analytics Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

• 15 years of experience in Data Strategy Business Analytics Process Intelligence or Finance Transformation.

• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
