We are looking to hire an Senior Manager Cyber Threat Exposure immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Gurgaon office.

Responsibilities

• Lead manage and develop a global Exposure Management team.
• Enhance organizational resilience through implementation of exposure management practices including offensive security attack surface management and continuous validation.
• Strengthen Identification Prioritization and Remediation processes.
• Optimize global attack surface visibility across IT and OT through technology deployment cross functional partnership and process refinement.
• Partner with security leadership to drive remediation accountability and adherence to risk tolerance thresholds.
• Develop and retain a best-in-class cybersecurity team.
• Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and exposure posture with senior leadership.
• Provide thought-leadership to enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science information security related degree or measurable knowledge from serving in industry/military/government unit.
• CISM GIAC CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading operational cybersecurity teams.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization.
• Strong working knowledge of threat actor tradecraft and mitigation approaches.
• Flexibility to work on-call within a 24x7 operational security capability.
• Proven ability to successfully collaborate with business and technology leaders and teams.
• Strong problem-identification and problem-solving ability.
