Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Location: Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop AI/GenAI models and algorithms using Python and libraries such as PyTorch TensorFlow Pandas and LangChain.
  
• Build and evaluate LLM-based solutions for NLP and develop agentic workflows involving multi-step tool usage.
  
• Design and manage end-to-end AI/ML pipelines covering data analysis experimentation model evaluation deployment and optimization.
  
• Deploy and maintain AI/ML models on cloud platforms preferably Azure ensuring scalability reliability and cost efficiency.
  
• Manage AI governance and release processes including environment management and publishing controls for Copilot Agents.
  
• Collaborate with SRE and operations teams to establish monitoring observability and operational readiness for AI services.
  
• Stay updated with advancements in AI Generative AI and Agentic AI to improve existing solutions.

• Bachelors Masters or PhD degree in Mathematics Computer Science Information Systems Machine Learning Statistics Applied Mathematics or a related technical field.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning fundamentals including deep learning optimization NLP and LLMs.
  
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch TensorFlow and LangChain or similar tools.
  
• Experience building evaluating and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms preferably Azure and AI service deployment practices.
  
• Understanding of AI governance monitoring operational readiness and production support.
