The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers account managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.

The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers account managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.
Job description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for semiconductor and engineering positions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn job boards internal databases referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral screening.
- Develop a strong understanding of semiconductor technologies job requirements and candidate skill sets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US-based candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates hiring managers and clients.
- Manage candidate submissions interview feedback offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the ATS.
- Work with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand client priorities and hiring requirements.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly recruitment and placement targets.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing and candidate engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends semiconductor talent markets compensation trends and recruiting best practices.
- 5 years of experience in US Staffing / US IT Recruiting.
- Strong experience recruiting for Semiconductor VLSI Electronics Embedded or Engineering roles.
- Proven experience handling full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Strong knowledge of US recruiting practices employment types and candidate engagement.
- Experience working with W2 C2C and contract/contract-to-hire requirements.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major US job portals.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical job requirements to candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Experience recruiting for semiconductor clients engineering services companies or technology organizations.
- Existing network of semiconductor professionals in the US market.
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 / large enterprise clients.
- Prior experience as a Lead Recruiter Senior Technical Recruiter or Recruiting Lead.
- Experience mentoring and managing junior recruiters.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and recruitment analytics.
