Job Title : Senior Infrastructure Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and engineering services for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
  
• Manage and support SharePoint Online SharePoint On-Premises OneDrive Teams Exchange Online and Copilot.
  
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Hybrid environments and collaboration solutions.
  
• Execute SharePoint migrations upgrades tenant-to-tenant migrations and workflow transitions.
  
• Coordinate software releases enhancements and platform upgrades in line with ITIL processes.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex collaboration platform issues in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation knowledge articles and disaster recovery procedures.
  
• Ensure platform security compliance audit readiness and vulnerability management.

Requisites

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams Exchange Online and Copilot.
  
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises Hybrid environments and migration projects.
  
• Experience with Power Platform Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
  
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  
• Good knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and enterprise infrastructure services.
  
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes Change Management Incident Management and Problem Management.
  
• Knowledge of enterprise security compliance audit controls and governance practices.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
