Senior Freelance Automation & AI Developer

Nordavo is building a talent pool of experienced freelance automation specialists for on-demand projects. We regularly receive automation assignments that require an extra pair of hands. The scope can range from a small workflow that takes a few hours to a larger implementation lasting several days or weeks.

This is not an employment position and there are no fixed hours or guaranteed assignments. When a project matches your experience and availability well contact you to discuss the scope timeline and rate.

The work

Most projects begin with a manual process that has grown messy over time. Your job is to understand how it really works improve it where necessary and turn it into a reliable automation.

Projects may include:

• Intake and administrative workflows
• Sales automations
• Reporting workflows
• Internal operations
• Data processing and integrations
• AI agents that perform real operational work

Our typical stack includes n8n or Make Google Workspace Microsoft 365 REST APIs databases and LLMs where they genuinely add value.

What were looking for

• Production automations built in n8n or Make
• Experience with REST APIs webhooks JSON and OAuth
• Enough JavaScript to work confidently with code nodes
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Practical knowledge of error handling logging and monitoring
• Experience using LLMs in production including structured outputs validation and retries
• The judgment to recognize when AI is not the right solution
• Strong English communication skills
• Registration as a freelancer and the ability to invoice us

Nice to have

• Microsoft Graph
• Supabase or PostgreSQL
• CRM integrations
• RAG and vector databases
• Multi-user automations

How the talent pool works

After applying we review your experience preferred platforms rate and availability. When a suitable project comes in well contact the freelancers whose expertise best matches the assignment. You can then decide whether the project fits your schedule and interests. There is no obligation to accept an assignment and joining the talent pool does not guarantee a minimum number of hours.

How we work

The simplest reliable solution wins. We prefer a clear automation that can still be maintained six months from now over an unnecessarily complicated workflow. We would rather hear this doesnt need AI than receive something impressive that doesnt solve the problem properly. You receive the necessary access and context followed by the space to deliver. Depending on the assignment you can invoice hourly or agree on a fixed project fee.
