Senior Financial Analyst – FLMC North Region

Job Summary
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Analyze orders sales backlog & margin (twice monthly) producing standard data sets and reports
By customer product site distribution channels
By supplying factory
Partner with operations and supply chain to review and reduce aged backlog
- Consolidate and present financial data from all sites (actuals forecasts headcount memo accounts) ensuring completeness and robustness before submission.
- Compile quarterly balance sheet review templates distribute explanations and resolutions and ensure completeness of review process.
- Compile quarterly deliverables including certifications to Corporate HQ.
Support monthly quarterly and annual actual financial closes meeting reporting deadlines ensuring accuracy consistency and clear variance explanations.
Variance analysis of actuals vs. forecasts/POR identifying material variances and providing management with clear insights.
- Support management and leadership teams with financial data and analysis for strategic decisions profitability reviews and operational performance improvement.
Support on Annual Budgets mid-year reviews and rolling forecast processes
Drive Process optimization initiatives to create efficiency
- Develop and improve financial reporting tools to enhance transparency and efficiency.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on sales costs pricing growth projects and other initiatives.
- Monthly processing of consolidated sales invoices to select customers.
- Conduct ad hoc resolution of e-invoicing portal queries.
- Maintain and review standard costs.
- Work with supply chain to review consolidated margins per product & customer.
- Prepare financial data for statistical and regulatory reports.
- Work closely with local European and global finance teams maintaining strong communication channels with site controllers and management.

For This Role You Will Need:
Finance Professional with minimum 7 years of work experience in FP&A Domain
Hands on experience in ERP MS Office and reporting tools
Analytical thinking ability and good team player
Internal & External Stakeholder Management
Cross functional interactions with Operations & Sales teams
Self-starter suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
Balance stakeholder Situational adaptability manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.
Strong team player having creative thinking and strategic solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Qualified Chartered Accountant CMA
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
System Knowledge of Oracle SAP Hyperion Financial Management
Power BI or related presentation tools
