About the Role

EMIZA is looking for a Senior Executive Warehouse Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities inventory accuracy order processing dispatch coordination and team productivity. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations preferably within a 3PL or logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
2. Monitor inventory accuracy stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
3. Coordinate order picking packing dispatch and returns.
4. Ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to client SLAs.
5. Maintain warehouse MIS reports and operational documentation.
6. Coordinate with transporters clients and internal teams.
7. Monitor productivity space utilization and warehouse processes.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
9. Identify operational issues and support corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualifications are preferred.
2. 25 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
3. Experience in 3PL logistics e-commerce or distribution is preferred.
4. Good communication coordination and reporting skills.
5. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
