Job Title: Senior Executive - Accounts
Location: Delhi
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Executive – Accounts to manage inventory
accounting stock reconciliation and production-related entries in TallyPrime. The candidate will play a
key role in maintaining accurate inventory records monitoring stock movement and supporting month-
end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pass inventory and accounting entries in TallyPrime accurately and timely.
• Record and maintain WIP (Work-in-Progress) and FG (Finished Goods) inventory entries.
• Maintain and update BOM (Bill of Materials) records for production processes.
• Prepare inventory adjustment material consumption and stock transfer entries.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor stock movement and identify/resolves inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory valuation along with proper supporting documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and inventory reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure stock accuracy and process
compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal inventory controls.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field.
• Hands-on experience with TallyPrime.
• Good understanding of inventory accounting and stock management processes.
• Knowledge of WIP FG accounting and BOM management.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory accounting or manufacturing accounts.
• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments will be preferred.
