Senior European Credit Research Analyst

Overview

The Insights product is an offering for Guidepoints Institutional investment and corporate clients now in its 9^thyearthat offers teleconferences surveys in-person events along with a plethora of AI-facilitated data and content. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoints proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e. private equity/hedge fund) sell-side equity researchanalysts and industry professionals.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct bottoms-up company research including reviewing earnings releases reading investor presentations and analyzing regulatory filings
• Moderate teleconferences on timely topics featuring an expert from Guidepoints network with the goal of producing actionable insights for buy-side and PE clients
• Work with our AI team to systematize diligence questions with the goals of automating certain fundamental research solutions
• Generate ideas and follow key investor views among relevant strategies within European credit
• Can be an in-person position or a fully remote work-from-home position

What You Have:

• Must possess exceptional written and spoken English skills at a professional level
• Bachelors degree or Masters degree
• 7 years or more of deep fundamental analystexperience ideally in a Private Equity setting
• Must follow a bottoms-up fundamental approach to investment research focusing on individual companies
• Has prior experience covering single name corporates on either the sell-side or buy-side.
• Some familiarity with capital structure or credit analysis via the Broadly Syndicated Loan or Private Credit / Direct Lending markets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
