Technical (left): - Expert Java (11/17) collections concurrency JVM - Spring Boot Spring Cloud JPA/Hibernate REST - Microservices event-driven design; Kafka/RabbitMQ - Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL; NoSQL: MongoDB/Redis - Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker; Kubernetes - CI/CD: Git Jenkins/GitLab CI; Maven/Gradle; JUnit/Mockito - Security: OAuth2/OIDC JWT; performance tuning 5-7 years in Java engineering; 3 years as Java developer - BS/MS in CS or related or equivalent experience - Strong Agile/Scrum; backlog grooming and stakeholder comms - Estimation project planning and risk management - Mentoring coaching conflict resolution cross-team collaboration - Nice-to-have: AWS/Azure/GCP Oracle Java Scrum Master certs
