Your responsibilities:

• Design evaluate and validate medium-voltage (MV) cable jointing systems terminations and accessories.

• Analyze and optimize the dielectric strength of cable accessory systems.

• Perform insulation coordination studies to ensure system-level reliability.

• Develop and implement partial discharge (PD) mitigation strategies.

• Conduct thermal analysis to assess the current-carrying capacity and thermal stability of cable systems.

• Perform mechanical stress and deformation analysis of cable accessories under installation and service conditions.

• Define and oversee type tests routine tests sample tests and qualification tests in accordance with applicable standards.

• Conduct systematic root cause analysis (RCA) using 8D Fishbone and FMEA methodologies.

• Prepare review and maintain technical specifications engineering reports test procedures and design records.
