Senior Engineer Power Electronics

Entuple EMobility is at the forefront of electric powertrain innovation in India delivering endtoend solutions that span motor design power electronics and fastcharging infrastructure. With a lean VCfunded team of 35 engineers split between Bangalore and Trivandrum we have built a unique capability to design and manufacture both motors and controllers from the ground up for EV applications ranging from 1kW to 255kW and voltages from 48V to 800V. Our portfolio includes aircooled watercooled oilcooled and heatpipebased thermal management technologies giving us a competitive edge in highperformance reliable EV systems.

We are now looking for a seasoned Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the development of our next generation of motor drive platforms. This role will be pivotal in shaping the architecture of both lowvoltage (48V120V) and highvoltage (400V1200V) systems ensuring they meet stringent propulsion performance efficiency and safety targets. The successful candidate will act as the technical authority for power electronics translating systemlevel propulsion requirements into detailed component specifications overseeing prototype builds and driving verification activities through to production readiness.

The role demands a deep technical foundation in power electronics motor drive control and embedded systems combined with proven leadership experience in an automotive or highperformance EV environment. Candidates must be comfortable navigating complex tradeoffs between efficiency cost size and reliability and be adept at communicating technical concepts to both engineering and nontechnical stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Electronics & Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on electric drives and controls. Eight or more years of handson experience designing highpower converters inverters and motor control firmware for automotive or aerospace applications is essential. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO26262 for functional safety and IEC61851 for EV charging is highly desirable.

In addition to technical expertise we value strong project management skills the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and a passion for sustainable mobility. You will be expected to drive design reviews manage risk registers and ensure that all deliverables meet quality and schedule commitments.
