We at Coforge are seeking Senior Engineer Gen AI / Agentic AI with the following skill set:

Key Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of experience in building scalable AI/ML solutions with strong exposure to Python.
Responsible for developing new AI-driven product features enhancements and driving technical innovations.
Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
Build intelligent systems leveraging autonomous agents multi-agent frameworks and orchestration workflows.
Develop and optimize machine learning models and deep learning architectures for real-world use cases.
Implement end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion preprocessing model training evaluation and deployment.
Work with LLMs (OpenAI Llama etc.) prompt engineering fine-tuning and embeddings-based solutions.
Design scalable RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures for enterprise applications.
Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into enterprise platforms.
Optimize model performance latency and cost for production-grade deployments.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deploying and managing AI workloads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineering and data teams.
Implement observability monitoring and continuous improvement of AI systems.
Ensure production stability with strong debugging troubleshooting and RCA skills.
Implement Responsible AI practices including model governance bias mitigation and evaluation frameworks.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch).
Experience with NLP techniques including text classification summarization and semantic search.
Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS Pinecone etc.).
Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
Superior problem-solving skills and strong debugging capabilities.
Flexible and self-driven with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
