Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Service Request Management
• Maintain and update the inverter Service Request (SR) tracker with complete accurate and timely information.
• Track all service requests from initiation to closure ensuring regular follow-up and escalation wherever required.
• Monitor SR ageing turnaround time (TAT) pending cases and closure status.
• Ensure all service requests are closed with proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA) corrective actions and supporting documentation.
Data Management & Reporting
• Perform data entry validation and maintenance of inverter fault and maintenance records.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all service databases and trackers.
• Generate Daily Weekly and Monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Analyze service performance trends and provide actionable insights.
Dashboard & Performance Monitoring
• Develop and maintain monthly and annual dashboards covering:
• Inverter failure rates
• Fault trends and recurring issues
• Installation-wise inverter performance
• Supply-wise inverter performance
• Warranty status tracking for all installed inverters
• Calculate monitor and report key service metrics including:
• Failure Rate
• Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
• Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
• Service Request Closure Rate
• TAT Compliance
Planning & Coordination
• Prepare management presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Support dispatch planning and monitor dispatch status to ensure timely material movement.
Coordinate with Finance Sales Supply Chain Management (SCM) Logistics and Service teams for seamless execution of service activities.
Facilitate information flow between internal stakeholders to resolve service-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting service operations customer support or technical coordination.
• Experience in inverter solar electrical or industrial equipment service operations will be preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Dashboards Data Analysis)
• Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation preparation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective follow-up and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
