Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions leveraging data analytics and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements
Work with stakeholders to define project scope
Use SQL and Power BI for reporting and insights
Monitor application performance using Dynatrace
Manage tasks using Jira and ServiceNow

Required Skills:
