We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director Cybersecurity Specialist.

In this role you will:

• Own and manage SPF DKIM and DMARC policies across corporate and subsidiary domains.
• Define and enforce DMARC policy posture (monitor quarantine reject) in line with risk appetite.
• Review and approve email authentication requests for thirdparty senders (e.g. SendGrid Salesforce ServiceNow).
• Ensure alignment between sending infrastructure DNS records and domain ownership models. DNS & Domain Governance
• Provide subject matter expertise for DNS-based email authentication records (TXT CNAME).
• Validate sub-domain usage and inheritance of security policies. Prevent misconfiguration shadow domains and unauthorised control of authentication records.
• Work with domain management and DNS teams to ensure compliant Detection & Monitoring. Analyse DMARC aggregate and forensic reports to identify spoofing abuse or delivery issues.
• Investigate authentication failures and false positives affecting legitimate mail flow. Support incident response for email-based threats involving domain impersonation.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong experience with email security fundamentals including layered architecture of protection mechanisms and protocols like SMTP SMTP Auth etc
• Configure diagnose and troubleshoot emails using in-depth understanding of Proofpoint Modules (e.g. Insider Threat Prevention of Email Compromise Password Protection Quarantine messages Email whitelisting/blacklisting Proofpoint Browser Isolation).
• Provide technical L3 support and troubleshooting assistance for Proofpoint-related issues.
• Ability to understand identify recommend and implement security capabilities processes and procedures to prevent malware phishing and social engineering attacks
• Hands-on experience in implementing email security preferably Proofpoint solutions including managing security policies utilizing vendor tools for threat analysis and applying Data Loss Prevention(DLP)
• Solid understanding of SMTP DNS and email routing. Strong handson experience with SPF DKIM DMARC (including alignment reporting and policy enforcement).Experience integrating and governing thirdparty email platforms.
• Familiarity with email security tooling (e.g. Proofpoint Mimecast Microsoft Defender DMARC analytics platforms). Knowledge of cloud email platforms (Microsoft 365 Google Workspace).
• This role is open for both Pune and Hyderabad location.
