The Role
As an Sr. EDS specialist with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Identify project systems and information management requirements aligned with client and project needs
- Select and optimize project delivery systems tools and workflows
- Facilitate setup and deployment of project systems for engineering and data deliverables
- Ensure awareness and compliance of systems procedures across the project team
- Coordinate stakeholders throughout project lifecycle (setup execution closeout)
- Monitor and maintain data consistency and quality across systems
- Ensure complete validated data handover to the client at project close
- Develop and own the Project Systems and Information Management Plan (PEP-13 / IM Plan)
- Implement Information Management strategy aligned with functional standards
- Ensure integration of multiple systems (Engineering Data IT Enterprise tools)
- Define data requirements by discipline and establish workflows
- Act as focal point for Data-Centric Execution (DCE)
- Ensure data ownership completeness and lifecycle management
- Monitor data quality consistency and transfer between systems
- Manage system setup configuration and deployment
- Ensure standard tools and processes compliance across projects
- Implement common standards (tagging numbering workflows file sharing)
- Ensure secure and compliant handling of project information
- Coordinate with:
- Engineering disciplines
- IT & infrastructure teams
- Software vendors
- Client and third parties
- Lead and manage project system specialists and IM team
- Identify and deliver systems training requirements for project teams
- Track and report systems implementation progress
- Ensure adherence to IM strategy and digital governance
- Manage issues escalation and resolution related to systems and data
- Facilitate systems closeout and archival processes
- Ensure validated complete and contract-compliant data handover
- Support customer requirements for data formats templates and deliverables
