What this job involves:

Business Development
Proactively engage in business development activities for Markets (commercial office space)
These activities need to be undertaken through focused BD networking cold calling industry seminars leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
Research on corporates looking at starting operations / expansion through internet news papers cold calling and other sources
Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development working alongside Line Mangers in the group
Setting up meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements
Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations proposals etc.

Support Transaction Services
Assess client requirements initiate & maintain client interactions provide inputs on pricing participate in proposal discussions.
Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions
Preparing information memorandums financial analysis market intelligence
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including coordination with offshore teams and clients
Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls meetings site visits presentations follow up timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.

Key Skills

• Relevant work experience in Real Estate field about 15 years and above
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Should be a team Leader with people management skills
• Fluent in Local language and English
• Good understanding of the Karnataka and Kerala Markets
• Source new supply of commercial office space for the Markets team and maintain the existing database available on our software
• Maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date
• Build maintain support and validate primary and secondary databases to be used to support our sales efforts and pipeline management for the region.
• Ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.
